FIRST COURSE

Gin & beetroot cured salmon
apple, kohlrabi, horseradish & dill

Local pork & roasted root vegetable terrine
beetroot, orange, bitter leaves & Iberico ham

Salt-baked celeriac, calvados & chestnut veloute
crispy bantam egg

MAIN COURSE

Roast fillet of cod
hazelnut & seaweed pesto, spiced local crab & butternut bisque, grilled salsify

Roast Challans duck breast
Orange & malt glazed carrot, pistachio & lentil granola, kalettes & bread sauce

Spinach & ricotta dumplings
Parmesan espuma, trompette mushrooms & toasted seeds

Fillet & glazed short rib of beef
ratte potato espuma, beetroot & horseradish, Roscoff onion & kale (£5 supplement)

DESSERT

70% chocolate ganache
salted caramel ice cream, pistachio, lime & candied pecans

Treacle tart
brown butter ice cream & pear

Selection of cheeses
quince paste, spiced fig & walnut bread

DINNER – 3 courses £35.

Service charge of 10% will be added to tables of six or more & all tips go directly to the team.
